Every private engagement begins with a Reading of the organisation as a whole: where it is strong, how much capacity it has, where pressure is travelling, what still depends on the founder, what its ambition has outgrown, and what needs building next.
Before we meet, you receive twelve questions, so our time goes on what matters. We spend ninety minutes together. Within five working days of our final conversation, you receive your Reading in writing: the patterns I see, what they’re connected to, the changes I’d make first, and the questions worth investigating further.
The Founder’s Reading, £750: the company as you see it, read with you. The Full Reading, £2,000: the same, plus a 45-minute conversation with each of up to four people in your team, because a company looks different from every chair in it.

Private counsel with Faye Pressly, for you, your operations team or your board: two sessions a month, in person or at a distance, one of which can be joining an internal meeting of yours. The company is kept in view as it moves, and its decisions of consequence are read before they are made: the expensive hire, the change of structure, the difficult conversation, the season of growth ahead. Often, the counsel itself is the work.
I teach, investigate, advise and design. I help you see your company clearly, name what it needs, and design the structure, roles and rhythms that let it grow, and I stay alongside you while you put them to work. The running of the company stays with you and your team. I’m not an interim operator, I don’t run your recruitment, and I won’t hold your difficult conversations for you, though I’ll prepare you for every one of them.
